Join me for a hands-on, nourishing workshop where you'll learn how to create your own natural period support essentials and deepen your understanding of cyclical self-care.
Together we'll explore the art of infused oil and balm making, blending essential oils, and creating supportive herbal teas to help ease cramps and bring comfort throughout your cycle.
You'll leave with three handmade products, recipe handouts, and the confidence to continue creating at home. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with tea, snacks, and plenty of time to ask questions and connect with other women.
